“La Zorra, la Paloma y el Hornerito” (The fox, the dove and the oven-bird) is part of the second edition of the collection “Cuentos del Huequito”, produced by Luz Liebre Contenidos. The tale takes us to argentinian northeast, more precisely, Corrientes, area of palm groves and lagoons. The fox is very arrogant but this day, the dove and the oven-bird are going to teach her a lesson.
“Cuentos del Huequito” is the first collection of interactive ebooks based in traditional argentinian tales, designed specially for mobiles. Using stop motion and traditional 2d techniques, is intended for children between 4 and 9 years old.
MAKING OF
In this piece, we developed an aesthetic proposal using paper mache and integration of facial expresions and elements in digital 2D. The irregular volumes, combined with acrilic painted endings gave us the background to work with digital illustrations.
